Wild Coast Sun Country Club – 25,26,27 July 2025

3 DAYS, 3 MATCH FORMATS, 1 TROPHY

Day 1 includes five-match sessions of foursomes, day 2 consists of five-match sessions of Betterball. The final day is reserved for 10 singles matches to then crown the winning team.

FRIDAY 25th July

10am: Draw
Foursomes draw
10.15am: Photos
Team photos on practice green
11am:Tee Off
Foursomes matches tee off on 1st Hole
5pm: Freshen Up
Shower and change into formal attire
5.30pm: Drinks
Drinks at the club house
6pm: Fines
Fines at the club house
6.30pm: Results/Draw
Results/draw for day 2
Kit presentations
Room allocation & keys
7pm: Dinner
Dinner at the club house & night at leisure

SATURDAY 26th July

8am: Wild Coast Sun Country Club
Meet at the golf club house
8.30am: Tee Off
First match under way
2pm: Fines
Fines meeting at the club house
2.30pm: Results/Draw
Post golf drinks / results / singles draw
6pm: Dinner
Spur, wine and wings

SUNDAY 27th July

7am: Checkout
Checkout of hotel (not compulsory)
7.30am: Wild Coast Sun Country Club
Meet at the golf club house

Singles matches tee off on the 1st Hole
1pm: Results/Prizegiving
SCWC 2024 Prize giving ceremony
2pm: Depart
Travel home

THE TOUR

The South Coast Winter Tour is played over a 3 day weeked between 10-member teams picked by the captains in a draft draw format. It consists of 3 match-play sessions played over three days at the Wild Coast Sun Golf Course in the Eastern Cape.



Team Selection

Team Beks & Team Cammo will be made up from the top 10 eligible players having previously featured in the SCWT over the years as well as Captains Picks for first time appearances on the tour.



Tour Scoring

Each match is worth one point, with matches ending in a draw worth ½ point to each side. The first team to reach 10 ½ points wins the SCWT. If teams are locked at 10-10 winners are determined on Stableford points accumulated after the 3 days of competition.
